There are no forms on this website, no automated decisions or profiling, and your data is not used for advertising.
Recipients
Your data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. These providers act as data processors to run the service:
- Google (Google Workspace for email and Google Analytics 4 for analytics).
- Netlify (website hosting).
If you write via WhatsApp or LinkedIn, those platforms also process your data under their own privacy policies.
International transfers
Google and Netlify may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to it or request portability by writing to carlos@moralescode.com. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time from the cookie policy, without affecting earlier processing.
If you think your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send personal data.
